My education and degree in Applied Humanities prepared me for my professional career in numerous ways. Within this program, I have acquired strong interpersonal communication skills, enhanced my intercultural understandings, developed innovative problem-solving techniques, and refined effective organizational abilities. I have adapted these skills into my daily endeavors within the realm of fashion sales, enhancing my performance and fostering meaningful connections with my clients and colleagues.

Stephanie Springer's class, "Pre-Internship: Providing Career Readiness," played a pivotal role in bolstering my confidence and equipping me with the necessary skills to navigate the job search process with ease, turning what could have been an overwhelming experience into a manageable and empowering journey. I actually found my first job through Handshake, an application I was introduce to and utilized in the course! I am so grateful to have chosen a program that not only imparted valuable knowledge but also taught me how to apply it effectively in both real-world contexts and my fashion career.
