Dr. Matthew Mars, Professor and Head of Public and Applied Humanities, was interviewed by local news channels on the first day of classes of the 2026-27 academic year. Dr. Mars used the opportunity to promote the three new emphases in the BA in Applied Humanities that launched this semester: Astrobiology, Entrepreneurship, and Human-Animal Interactions.
