Joel Rutkowski is a Professional Research Associate at the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the University of Colorado, and an independent consultant on optical design, analysis, and algorithm development. Prior to joining the Laboratory, he worked as a Principal Optical Engineer for CDM Optics, as an Engineer II for Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation, and as a Graduate Research Assistant for Los Alamos National Laboratory.
